Real Estate/Consumer Loan Officer

Telco Triad Community Credit Union needs a Real Estate/Consumer Loan Officer at our Sioux City, IA. Main branch. 

This position is responsible for Real Estate and Consumer lending, product sales, customer service, security, and safety in accordance with Telco Triad objectives.

• To serve the members in an extraordinary manner so that our brand name and reputation continue to grow in the community.
• Responsible for interviewing applicants for real estate and consumer loans.  Process applications, gather additional background information and analyze loan applicants’ credit history.  Approve/deny loan applications based on analysis of each applicant’s credit worthiness. Prepare mortgage loan documents and packet for closing. Maintain accurate records of insurance, taxes, and HMDA reporting on real‐estate loans.

The ideal candidate(s) will have strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity and professionalism, dynamic customer service skills, and the ability to achieve goals and change direction quickly to meet the Credit Union’s needs. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred and/or 2-3 years of previous lending, sales and real estate mortgage experience. Knowledge of TRID compliance and consumer lending & mortgage/real estate markets.
