First Federal Credit Union Foundation Announces 2020 Scholarships
First Federal Credit Union Foundation announced the application period is now open for its 2020 Scholarship program. The Foundation will award two, $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the Class of 2020. The purpose of these scholarships is to recognize members of First Federal Credit Union who have demonstrated scholastic excellence and who are interested in advancing their education at an accredited community college, trade school, technical college or university. These scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors who are members, or a parent/guardian is a member in good standing at First Federal Credit Union.
According to Mary Lawrence, Chair of the First Federal Credit Union Foundation, “We are eager to award these scholarships that will ensure a deserving college-bound student receives financial support to allow them to pursue their educational goals.”
Students interested in applying for financial support from the foundation may download an application at the website firstfedcu.com/scholarship. Deadline for applying for the scholarship is April 15, 2020.
