On Tuesday, May 8, the Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) will host the half day Essential Teller Issues Training. Attendees can choose to attend the morning session, 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or the afternoon session, 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Both sessions will be held at the NEW ICUL Office, 7745 Office Plaza Drive North, Suite 170, West Des Moines.
Modules throughout the training will remind tellers of the importance of what they do, reflect on how they do it, fine-tune what they say, and demonstrate how they deliver outstanding customer service.
Training will focus on these six modules:
- Professional maturity
- Following procedure
- Scrutinizing transactions
- Providing extraordinary service
- How to ace cross-selling and referrals
- Mastering the balancing act
Essential Teller Issues is an information-packed, attention grabbing, fast-paced workshop. Each participant will leave this training with a renewed commitment to their work and the newest edition of the teller manual. This manual serves as a guide for the program, and can also be used later as a training resource at the credit union.
This workshop is for tellers and teller managers of all experience and leadership levels.
