In this position, you will effectively be the voice of the credit union. Our institution's image and reputation will largely be based on the attitude you exude and the service you provide, good or bad. You are the front line. You are important. No pressure!
We're looking for someone who is up to the task. You can go to any contact center and perform calls all day. We want someone who cares about their team and our members. You will be utilizing your love of people to provide high quality service to our members over the phone which includes assisting them with a wide variety of questions about our services and with credit union related services that we offer. We're looking for a Contact Center Representative.
