Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will strategically lead the finance and accounting operations to include asset liability management, investments, budgeting, financial reporting, and general accounting. Additionally, this individual will be looked upon to coach and mentor staff, create efficiencies, and evaluate existing accounting processes. The ideal candidate will also have strong board relations experience and be well versed in cultivating professional relationships with examiners.
