CEO and Executive Roundtable (Virtual): Business Continuity Plans – Pandemic & Disaster Preparedness

Be it the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic or the devastating derecho, this year has presented Iowa credit unions with an abundance of challenges when it comes to their business continuity. In this session, credit unions will learn the basics of Business Continuity Plans (BCP), with a special focus on the pandemic and disaster preparedness portions of these plans. Credit unions will also be given an opportunity to share lessons learned throughout the usage of their BCP. By the end of the training, attendees will know the basics of an effective Business Continuity Plan and have a strategy and ideas for how to recraft their plan for future threats.
